RESIN BOND
Phenolic resin bond is one of the most common bond types in superabrasive grinding wheels. It offers excellent results with a fine grit and minimal chipping. It’s mainly used for carbide, HSS, and ceramic cutting tool applications.
Polyimide resin bond offers additional heat and wear resistance. Its superior mechanical properties at high temperatures makes it an excellent choice for creep feed grinding.
